My son’s tires were bald in the back with 1 eventually popping. I had already been looking into getting him tires beforehand but never got the chance to. Looked into shops that do financing cuz nowadays with how expensive day to day living is that seems the only way to pay for expensive items. Looked into Trust Pilot reviews on the different financing Tops offered and came across Koalafi. I have Snap for my own tires (they’re great btw; yes you pay more because of the interest but you have no interest option to pay back in 3 months but I couldn’t afford that). Koalafi approved me for a great amount so when the shop had issues getting the tire lug nuts off due to over tightening, we had to get those replaced, Koalafi was used to cover that too. There’s also a 3 year warranty that you can opt to get on the tires that covers tire replacement for flats if they need to be replaced and covers tire rotations so we got that on both tires as well. Koalafi has a 90-day option as well so we shall see if I can get them paid off without that interest. There would have been no other way to get his tires so it’s great that Tops had this financing option available. And Koalafi has great customer reviews so I’m glad they approved me. As for Tops and it’s customer service— it was great. I feel bad for the worker who had the task of removing those lug nuts tho! It took him quite some time to get them off! Otherwise we would have been done so much sooner! We did have to get the car towed to them tho. For that we used A Royals Towing and they were great too! I would go back again.
Thank you Margo for sharing your experience! We're thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience with our financing option and that you found Trust Pilot reviews before choosing Koalafi. It's great to know that Tops had the tires you needed and that our customer service was top-notch. We appreciate your understanding of the lug nut issue and we'll make sure to pass along your kind words. We look forward to serving you again in the future!
